논문초록 Nanoparticulate polypyrrole (NPPy) was successfully invited as a guest species into graphene layers using physical approach, which resulted in the formation of a unique three-dimensional hybrid nanoarchitecture. The electrochemical properties of graphene/NPPy hybrids were examined with considering the size and content of the NPPy as significant variables. The NPPy was intercalated into graphene layers to build 3D structures, which enhanced accessible surface area and allowed fast ion diffusion in/out of the structure. The packing density of the alternately stacked nanohybrid structures depended on the NPPy content, importantly which affected the volumetric capacitance. The nanohybrids exhibited excellent performance stability in charge/discharge cycling due to their structural synergistic effects. Finally, the all-solid state capacitor cell based on the nanohybrid electrodes exhibited excellent mechanical flexibility and high energy density.
